How to get full & final settlement and PF after resignation?

I have left the Job due to some internal issue at our company . The company has deducted all month PF amount from My salary but the company not submitted the amount to EPFO. After so many mail and call the HR team said that they have submitted the amount but they are not sharing the PF number with me . I have sent my PF withdrawal form to them and now they are giving some weigh issues. Also after leaving I am not getting the Full and Final Settlement. Kindly suggest how to get my money from Employer.
