28-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I've been working in a company in A for 4 months. When I joined the company my my salary was 35000+6000 incentive as I was told. I got the same salary, but I never got the incentive, I asked my employer/owner for my joining or offer letter but he never provided me one. Now now I've resigned,n my owner need to pay my 80000 rupees but he isn't paying, what can I do now. I don't have joining letter, but I've too much proofs that I've worked there.

You can approach court for redressal of your dispute. However, the type of forum/court shall depend upon the position at which you were working in the said company and the documents which you have in support of your case.
