You can claim the benefit of past service for the purposes of pension. As far as your affidavit is concerned, the same should not stop you from claiming the same as the same was tendered under the pressure ans arbitrary act of department. You should give a representation to the concerned official and incase there is no response you can file writ petition in High Court concerned. Further, a lot shall depend upon the previos High Court as well.

As their is no policy regarding running food truck in india that means running food truck in city is niether legal nor illlegal ,so what is the solution how can i run the same without become daily victim of mc or police officals

You should first approach the concerned MC with a written request for running a food truck. Further, you shall have to approach the DFSC for necessary permissions and approval. Incase you are granted the necessary permissions and approval you can conduct you business without any hassel.

Yes, there is no time limit for registering case against the in-laws for demand of dowry. However, such demand should be within a period of 3 years from the date on which complaint is made before the police or the magistrate.



Q: How to claim due from the Ex employer when I don't have joining letter

I've been working in a company in A for 4 months. When I joined the company my my salary was 35000+6000 incentive as I was told. I got the same salary, but I never got the incentive, I asked my employer/owner for my joining or offer letter but he never provided me one. Now now I've resigned,n my owner need to pay my 80000 rupees but he isn't paying, what can I do now. I don't have joining letter, but I've too much proofs that I've worked there.
