Franchisor didn't set up franchise outlet

I made an agreement with ADWITHA GLOBAL HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED for franchise outlet on 6t-Nov-2023. I paid Rs.5,50,000 for outlet. But they filed to set up outlet and the director is not responding to my calls and messages. I need my money back.
Can you please suggest how to take legal action?
hi first need to see the copy of the franchise agreement and if the parties are not ready to oblige as per the terms and conditions of the agreement then you could send them legal notice to ask them to act as per terms of the agrrement
