Harassment of what kind ? is it sexual or verbal you have not mentioned . Why they are forcing you to resign ? You can contact labour commissioner as per some new amendment it will be heard before them and then you can take your matter to High Court recently AP High Court has given favorable judgement in case of illegal termination.
