Forced to resign because of harassment at workplace

I am working for a multinational company. Please do let me know what are my rights wrt. Labour Laws.

Harassment of what kind ? is it sexual or verbal you have not mentioned . Why they are forcing you to resign ? You can contact labour commissioner as per some new amendment it will be heard before them and then you can take your matter to High Court recently AP High Court has given favorable judgement in case of illegal termination. So you can contact us
