False physical abuse complain lodged by Girlfriend in office

Hi Sir/Madam
I worked in repute at MNC and in relationship with a girl in same office.Discovering that she is having affair with another guy(outside) we had a heated discussion. Next day she filed a physical abuse complain against me with HR.
HR on other hand emailed me not join office with immediate effect.
My questions are :1. If I am terminated will I get my experience letter(2.9 yrs with company).2. My reputation and carrier both are at stake is I can do anything against my ex ?
Hi, First of all you should narrate the entire incident to the HR instead of giving up on the complaint filed by the female employee against you so that a proper enquiry is conducted before you are terminated. You also have to go through the Termination letter as to what all has been mentioned in the same and the reason for which your services have been terminated.

hello ....you will surely get your letter of experience you need to speak to the HR and request for the same. Now, addition to this go to your office with the print out of the mail sent to you by the HR and tell them the whole story. If they do not agree tell them that you will file a complaint against the illegal termination. you can send them a legal notice from a lawyer. HOWEVER weigh the other things....if this girl goes to police and file a complaint you might get into a problem and your career will go for a six. As far as doing something of your EX is concerned you should go and file a complaint at the police station that this woman is blackmailing you for money coz you had a relationship with her.....she ha already got you fired from the company and has said to face severe challanges.....she herself will be in a fix.....file this complaint in a PS where you stay...
