False legal notice received from employer

20-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Sir I was working in a private organization. They have terminated me from job during COVID-19 Pandemic Lockdown with wrong allegations like my performance was not satisfactory and my behavior to other staff was not good. They have not made payment appropriately towards my full and final settlement for which I was following up with them for last two months. Now they have served me a legal notice with some other false allegations like I used unparliamentary language for lady staff and stole trade secrets worth Rs. 25 lacs of the company and provided the same to their competitors. Please advise what should I do.

first you should legally respond to the notice that u received and then if the allegations are wrong and unsubstantiated then you may file a defamation case against the company. you have many more options, call for detailed discussion.
