Counter response to a legal notice of defamation

20-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi, My child has been treated in hospital for some illness. I was not happy with the doctor. So I gave a negative feedback in Practo for the doctor. But to my surprise the doctor has sent me a defamation notice asking to apologize or she will proceed with legal actions. So please let me know what I have to do next. Shall I apologize or sent a counter reply justifying myself?

Hi,

If you have genuine reason for the negative feedback and in reality your experince with doctor was not good then send the reply legal notice to the doctor about your stand. wherein you can explain why you gave that feedback.

Man commits offence when he is emotional
As a parent your feeling might have hurt you and said something bad against the doctor
No doctor wishes to treat the patient badly especially the children
For your bad luck why should you blame the doctor and write something against her
It is too bad Go n meet her n say sorry as a gentleman
God bless you n child
