My wife went to her home 3 months ago for her grandmother funeral and then she didn’t cAme back and after some days came to home and took away his part of belongings .. now she has sent me a legal notice stating that she don’t want to continue the marriage and wrongly accused me and my family members and stated to settle the things mutually by giving her lakh rs.. what I am suppose to do next?? Should I also send her some kind of legal notice?? If yes than what should I say in that notice
Dear client,
you must send reply to her legal notice taking all your objections and conditions if she wants divorce from you along with rebutal of her allegations. Dont worry, first send you reply through counsel/advocate to her legal notice and also disclose your mind therein that what you want regarding your relationship with your wife.

Hi. If you wish to resolve this issue mutually then an agreement to that effect should be made between the parties and then the procedure will not take more than a few months. However, if you are planning to contest the divorce then the timeline will really vary. The next steps can only be recommended based on a detailed discussion so kindly contact me for the same.
