How to reply a legal notice sent by my wife

My wife went to her home 3 months ago for her grandmother funeral and then she didn’t cAme back and after some days came to home and took away his part of belongings .. now she has sent me a legal notice stating that she don’t want to continue the marriage and wrongly accused me and my family members and stated to settle the things mutually by giving her lakh rs.. what I am suppose to do next?? Should I also send her some kind of legal notice?? If yes than what should I say in that notice

Yes…you should also serve her a reply to that legal notice stating the facts as false and imaginary. And if she had already given you the notice then she would definitely file for divorce or a DV case against you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear client,
you must send reply to her legal notice taking all your objections and conditions if she wants divorce from you along with rebutal of her allegations. Dont worry, first send you reply through counsel/advocate to her legal notice and also disclose your mind therein that what you want regarding your relationship with your wife.

Hi. If you wish to resolve this issue mutually then an agreement to that effect should be made between the parties and then the procedure will not take more than a few months. You can file the suit before the concerted court. After examining the case and listing the parties, the court will give the judgment in your favour. The only thing you have to do is to go to court and file the petition through your advocate.
