The contents of the case are :-
My sister was engaged to brother of complainant and complainant was in relation with me. Now after engagement broke off as we did not meet the demands of the complainant family. the complainant filed a false fir against me, my sister and father u/s 342/354/354 A/354/B/354D/509/34.
Details of fir are that i assaulted her sexually on a certain date (although i was out of station on that day) my sister helped me in doing so by disrobing her. She filed a complaint against me on 21.7.2018 but after initial enquiry police found out that the complaint was untrue and we entered into settlement.(it is mentioned in station diary). Now after few months she has filed a case at different police station with a fresh complaint. In her fir she has hidden the fact that me and the complainant were in a relationship.
What should i do now as it is quite absurd to make my sister , father alongwith me accused in false 354 cases.
hello client as you are saying tht due to Ur sisters engagement with with brother of the complaint and after engaged the d mandatory which were kept from.other side is not been filled so finally the court engagement broke off .after broke of of the engagement sister of the boy filled a false case against you and your whole.family on false grounds and at the latter stage. police found it was a fake complaint so police filled closure / final report so so now again the a new fir is been filled again with a new convicted story this again Ur full family trapped .so now you have two make them teach a lesson in the Same manner as she is trying to harrassed you you also need to take. Same steps legally.

It's unfortunate that you are presently in this situation and I empathize with your circumstance. However, what you have in your benefit is that her former complaint was found untrue and she is engaged in having you prosecuted for the same offence twice, which is invalid in law. You should engage a lawyer at the earliest and file an appropriate application under law , with the requisite documents and bring forth these facts before Court at the earliest.
You will have to seek anticipatory bail as if warrants are issued against you and your family members, you will be spending a lot of time behind bars. Do let me know if you need further clarifications. I would need to see a copy of the settlement filed at the police station to guide you further.
