Consequence of breaking indemnity bond signed for a company

i just want to know is indemnity bond legal in India as i have signed two year indemnity bond with one of employers located in gurgaon. What would be consequence if I break bond as i am being paid very low salary. Please sight me legal advice

The I density bond have legal sanctity in India and are legally enfirceable, the extent of damage which can be claimed depends upon the terms and conditions of employment and the amount of training expenses and other damages which your employers have allegedly suffered and can prove.

Your query depends on the indemnity clause and is governed by contract act. If the clause is against the contract act then you are free. So please forward you indemnity clause, or you can call me also.
