Compromise on paper with police effecting Government job exam

Sir few days back we were a bit drunk n got in a verbal talk with other group police took us stn asked for medical n later left us with a compromise on a paper sheet ..I m preparing for upsc will this create problem during police verification or criminal record in future n police took bribe n left us with a compromise on a paper.

There are specific laws and judgments which states that petty crimes shall not be considered for the determination of an individual character while declaring him to be eligible or non eligible for the said job.
