Company is not giving experience letter how to get it

26-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I resigned from my company, and all the FNF had done and the whole amount had transferred to my account, but now when i am asking about my experience letter form my HR and company they mailed me the outstanding of 5000rs. As per the company noms all the amount will be transfer to the employee when he cleared all the outstanding due's. but in my case this is totally opposite. Kindly suggest me the appropriate action.

You must first enquire from your senior officials about the issue by writing a letter and if no satisfactory reply is received you may approach the service tribunal for the want of the effective direction.
