Company forced to resign and not clearing pending dues, how to claim?

27-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, My brother worked in Gurgaon based company. Company terminated him due to no bike option. Now manger asked him that if he write resignation email he will provide his salary within 2-3 days and later on he wrote email to HR on 1 April. Now he was continues follow up for his salary till July month. HR was manipulating like have to talk to MD, later on... salary you will get on 7 June, then July came and HR said your cheque is ready but MD signature is not there, will take 2-3 more days (8th July 2017) and finally she wrote an email to him on 11th of April that he resigned so why they need to pay salary without serving notice period, he replied mam its said by my manager to write resignation latter just bcz he will provide my salary soon if I write this resignation email. Now manager is denying what kind of salary you are talking about, I never said to write an email, I don't know you blah blah..! So what can be done here to get it resolve ? Please Advice

You should go to the Labour Court for claiming all the Amount which is under consideration. It is their liability to pay your all due payment as they have already accepted that your payment is due. The labour court has to direct the company to pay your due.
