24-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked with maruti authorised car dealership for 3 year's, on 24th June 2018, sales head forced me to resign, I faced a lot of mentally and financially pressure due to sudden job loss, since that day I'm following them for my dues clearance, every time I called up HR head, she asked for 10-20 days time for dues clearance, but before 15 days she put my call in black list. How can I get my money.

Sir,
You can always send them a legal notice for recovery of dues. In case they fail to respond to the same you can file a civil suit for unlawful termination of employment in addition to a complaint of criminal inimidation.

Despite the fact that you were forced to resign or not, you are entitled to all the dues from the company. Since you have tried to resolve the same amicably, it is appropriate to now file a recovery suit against the company in a civil court of your jurisdiction
