Case against brother included my name how to get joining of govt job

I have been selected for Central Excise department last year due to pendancy of criminal case (498A,323,504,506,IPC AND 3/4 DP ACT) against me department withheld my joining ... I really depressed how can i get my joining? Actually this case registered against my brother they also included my name . How can I get my job?
The allegations are not proved till now and you might be acquitted. You can definitely join the job as you are just an accused and there are no direct allegations as the same has not been proved. The basic case has been filed against your brother. Please check the status of the report filed by the police.

Mere pendency of a criminal is not a bar to appointment to Government service as long as you did not suppress this information from the concerned Department during the submitting the relevant formalities at the time of selection. File a writ of mandamus in the High Court.

Hi, A person is not guilty if he has not been convicted by any competent court of law. Here, you have not been declared guilty/convicted hence only on the basis that a criminal case is pending against you you can not be barred from joining of doing your service. Therefore, you can challege this illegal act of the authority before the High Court.
