Manniye Uchchtam Niyayalay ne Uma Devi ke case me yeh kaha hai ki jo karmchari niyamit roop se niyukt nai hain unko kabhi bhi niyamit nai kiya ja sakta. isiliye aap ko court jaane par koi labh nai hoga. Behtar hoga aap log niyamit niyukti ke liye apply karein jab bhi koi niyukti ki jaye.

What are the terms of your employment. Does the agreement anywhere state that you will be appointed on permanent basis after a particular period of time. You will have to show me your appointment details in case you want to file a case in the court along with all the relevant papers

To reply to your query, it is relevant to know whether your initial appointment on ad-hoc capacity was against any vacant post of Koshagar available back then? Also, the other terms and conditions of your appointment will have to be looked into.
