Appointment order issue in police department

Hi Sir/Madam, This is Prasad. Recently I’m selected for the post of police constable in Telangana.In 2011, I met an accident and opposite party filed a case on me with 338 IPC (plus MV acts) section and paid a fine Rs 1400/- and case was closed in 2011. I have mentioned the same in attestation form and enclosed the judgement copy to SB team while antecedents verification.Now I’m waiting for the appointment order.Could you please tell me is it problem to get appointment?
hi if they are not giving you appointment orders on the issue of case is there against you then you could approach the court stating that the case was long back and to direct the authorities to consider your case
