Actions regarding the mishandling of the company reduce of salary

I along with few colleagues work with a Govt PSU and are facing issues due to maladministration happening in the company. We have been denied promotion and salary upgradation while a section of employees have been upgraded because of administrative decision taken recently.
Dear Client, all issues related to government service are dealt by the central administrative tribunal. You will have to prefer an application before the CAT, Delhi praying for promotion and salary upgradation, however, the onus to prove that there has been discrimination is upon you , through relevant service rules, documents, communications etc.
