Insurance Company not responding

Health insurance-Went hospital doc said surgery-but not explain, want take 2nd opinion-contacted customercare they misguide me and said that if I won't go for surgery future will be affected. I got admitted to hospital as insurance comp. forced me. Hospital admit me but not explain again, I asked hospital to discharge me it costed me 13000. Next day govt. hospital they say no surgery needed and the pvt hospital to get claim give false details to report. Given details to insurance but no update from them and if they won't have miguided me i could had 2nd opinion and money could be saved.
Insurance company not doing anything since last30days after so many mails and calls.
