ESIC Claim got rejected due to company negligence and Unresponsiveness

24-Nov-2023 (In Insurance Law)
Last year, I had met with an accident while i was on my way home from work, and my upper forearm bone got fractured. I had surgery in a private hospital, and I hoped to get financial help from Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). However, things took a bad turn. I reported the accident to my workplace as required for an ESIC claim. But I found out that my company didn't pay the necessary premiums to ESIC for the last six months, and they didn't send the accident report to ESIC.

So, Do you want to file a case against your current Company for not paying premiums to ESIC and for not sending Accident Report to ESIC? If yes, you can do so, but, it will be be like running a long battle.
