As my husband passed away on11-07-2023,he was having his salary savings account in SBI,now the nominee is my mother in law, can i claim the insurance?
Nominees can claim the money from the bank as it clearly mentioned your mother in law is a nominee, if she is not alive then you can apply for a legal heir certificate from court and then you or ur kids can claim that amount... approach us we will help you
