I HAVE PURCHASED A PLOT IN GURUGRAM AND HAVE NOC FROM BOTH NEIGHBOURS AND APPROVED PLAN, BUT ON 4TH APL GOVT HAS PUT A BAN ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF STILT AND 4 FLOOR, SO WHAT WOULD BE THE STATUS FOR ME

file RTI to District Town and country planning office of Gurugram and ask them latest rules and regulations relating to construction of 4th floor, also see in govt notification whether rules mention date of construction ban, those bought before or after also within rules, this can only be knwn through DTP office by filling RTI and geting their written response in RTI, if rules ban this, then u should file writ in high court for challenge this rule, as it is violation of your right to property. i m working in high court also, you can send me more details regarding this matter.

its clearly cheating fraud, if he falsely claim to be authorized by company, bank can file complaint or any authorized person on behalf of bank can file complaint in this regard. guarantor whose cheque is dishonor may also face similar charges if found that he is also in plan of cheating, but cheque dishonor case is also he is responsible

Q: Need to know the process after challan drink drive sec 185 only

Need to know the process after challan drink drive sec 185 only at random naaka. Police said it is warning challan only and I have to go to district court to dispose it off by paying fine which judge will decide. BAC 96 mg/100 mL. Police said that I will get SMS regarding the CNR generation but no SMS till now. Pariwahan website shows challan details with amount 0 and status "Sent to court" on the next day of incident. However its a week now and there is no new update on the challan status.

you can go to traffic police station and enquire about tis, mostly they will send challan to the court after certain time, u need to confirm this before police station, or u can also file RTI for inspection of record, i can help u in drafting RTI for inspection of record, you can check Their record through RTI.

I got to know after marriage the income of my husband is less than the shown package, after the confrontation he is denying of showing wrong income, i was working before marriage and left my job due to marriage. Now within a month of marriage inlaws insisting me to do job and give them salary. They are saying if i will not give them money they will not let me do job. i am not comfortable in sharing my salary as they lied about the income, as my husband cannot bear my basic needs. what to do

you can file complaint of cheating fraud, you have left job due to high income of husband, but later u find it was not as they told before marriage , thats completely cheating, now forcing you to give salary is also illegal, its your salary you have full right on your salary
