Needed lawyer for arguments in NCDRC issue. I have sent notice to the person. Now I want to file the case but I cannot be in the court as I live in another state not in Delhi. Is it compulsory for the person who made the complaint be in court during arguments?

Q: To Change date of birth in 10marks card

Can anyone please suggest me regarding procedure for correcting my date of birth in 10th marks card? Is it impossible to change after 7years of gap? Because I heard some few people saying they have changed Rules in 2019 according to law.

Hello SIr, My name is Leelanand. My cousin need to change her DOB in her 10 Certificate from 1992 to 1993 (In State of Haryana). DOB in her birth certificate is 1993. Her passed out year is 2009. Now we resides in Hyderabad, Telangana. I need to know the procedure and required advise. And please tell me where i have to file the suit if required.

Normally education board do not change date of birth in educational certificate after three years of exam. after that you have to file declaration suit in civil court against board for issuance of certificate with correct date of birth. you should file case in your district and it takes 6 month to 1 years and maximum 2 years if case adjourned due to holiday , judges on leave or for any other reason . for more information you can contact me on my mobile number or through my email id .Regards:- Arun wadhwa Advocate

Hello Expert,I have filled divorce petition in Family court, which was allowed by family court in Jan, 2019.Wife moved to High court, later on 20th Dec, 2019 her appeal was dismissed by High court. Now I would like to ask below Question:1) What is the time limit to file appeal in Supreme court of Inida after dismissed by High court?2) What is the process to file appeal in supreme court when first appeal is dismissed by High court. 3) How much is the possiblity to amit the appeal in Supreme court, Does supreme court regularlly admit the appeal of divorce petition?manay Thanks

1. time is not matter, time limit can be waived off by SC .2. Process's is known by Advocate only, you don't need to know about that . 3. yes , appeal may be admitted or may not be, but mostly chances is that appeal may be admitted in this matter .
