How to claim an insurance service which is clearly stated in policy

I took a personal loan from ICICI Bank. With loan they sold me a general insurance policy of their own brand ICICILombard which supposed to cover my 3 loan emi in I lost my job. Two month ago I lost my job .I have policy paper where clearly written that policy will cover 3emi for my loan.i had submit the papers in ICICILomb.and they rejected my claim ( due to resignation is not consider as loss of job and they had also mention in policy). Now what should I do to handle this?

You may file a Complaint with Insurance Ombudsman. In case your grievances are still not resolved, you may also file a consumer complaint with Hon'ble Consumer Forum. The jurisdiction is to be kept in mind while filing both the complaints.
