Hi. Thi is shweta our 3 property is on dispute one of my sister disputed the properties there 2 ancestral properties 1 is self property of my father. May father has transferred that self wones property in to my name. Is that ligal coz. That property is in despite as I said above my sister disputed that property and in court one of judgement had mentioned that those properties has to stay the same status co not be sale or transfer. Please guide me is that transfer property is ligal. It is in my name now
Dear ma’am,
If it is self acquired property of your father and if he has transferred it to you then it is valid. However it is subject to what judgment says. If that judgment has come before the transfer then it will be contempt of court. If that judgment has come after the transfer then not to worry.

Can I cancel the warrant through counsel? Is it possible? I am staying in other state & not able to be present on the date
Sir you will have to either appear in person or through counsel before the jurisdictional court on the day mentioned in the summons. Due to unavoidable circumstances if you are unable to appear before the court you will have to appoint a counsel and if NBW is already issued you will have to first recall the NBW and apply for bail for which your presence is necessary.

We 2 couples booked a package for 5D/4N for Manvith Holiday Club Private Limited for a total amount of 2.24 lakhs, (per couple - 1.2 lakhs), one couple traveled from here to reach Maldives, he made them stay one more day there(on their own money) and didn't give return ticket. For another couple (US), I didn't give the tickets to travel also, we couldn't make the trip. We have all the payment receipts and all.How to get our money back?
You can send a legal notice to the company asking for refund of the money. And if the company doesn’t refund the amount then you can file a consumer complaint before consumer forum against the company seeking for refund of your money. It also depends on when did you book the package.

I purchased a flat last year and got home loan for it. nThough I was completely eligible for home loan amount, they made me add t husband's name as co applicant saying it's mandatory etc etc. The property is registered only on my name and I paid every penny of it, even now complete emi is paid by men I'm not in good terms with my husband, so wanted to know what's his right on my flatI Just saw in his cibil report that he is marked as joint holder for my loanThis is not fair.
Since as per your statement the sale deed is registered solely in your name you will be the absolute owner of the property. It is immaterial about in whose name is the loan. Since even the loan is closed you need not worry about it.

there has been one more will apart from my grandfather's registered will made by my grandmother who is just a housewife and got it registered as well by bribing lawyer and sub registrar and property has been transferred from my grandfather's name to my grandmother's name for the entire building . My father is mentally ill and my grandfather in his will has directly made me the owner when i was 3 years of age stating that i get first floor and half of second floor. he has also said that no changes shall be made during my minority . but my grandmother has created a fake will declaration where she has claimed that my grandfather has given written instructions to change the will which is false and i have also not seen any written instructions given by him and she has got it transferred into her name . now does court partition the property if i file section 471 or it just punishes my grandmother for fake documents?
A person is only punished if found guilty under section 471 of IPC. You will have to file a separate suit for partition if you want to seek for partition. However if the property is self acquired property of your grandfather and your grandfather has executed the a registered the last will in favour of your grandmother then you cannot seek for a partition. It also depends on what exactly is written in the last will executed by your grandfather.
