Revision of judgement in cheque bounce case

Hi, i have recently won the cheque bounce case in my favour. It took 6 years to get the judgement in my favour but the court has passed an order the accused to pay my money back with no interest . How can i ask for more money from court , In another 5 days 30 days will ber over after the judgement has been passed.

To discourage more public approaching courts no interest is being awarded. You have a good case to approach the Higher Court. Few days of delay can be condoned if you file application under Section 5 of Limitation Act.
