Holiday package with manvith club holiday

We 2 couples booked a package for 5D/4N for Manvith Holiday Club Private Limited for a total amount of 2.24 lakhs, (per couple - 1.2 lakhs), one couple traveled from here to reach Maldives, he made them stay one more day there(on their own money) and didn't give return ticket. For another couple (US), I didn't give the tickets to travel also, we couldn't make the trip. We have all the payment receipts and all.How to get our money back?
You can send a legal notice to the company asking for refund of the money. And if the company doesn’t refund the amount then you can file a consumer complaint before consumer forum against the company seeking for refund of your money. It also depends on when did you book the package.
