im pregnant and my husband not even ask for a child as of now im at my fathers home because my mother in law abuse me and my husband push me after knowing this that im pregnant because of him im suffering from a internal bleeding and doctor recommended me for complete bed rest i want to file a case lawyer suggested me to file two case first is section 125 and second is domestic violence i want to know is this two cases are important to file and my second question is all the proof and points are should be attached to the statement or it should be given later
In this regard, I advice you to file for the DV complaint before the concerned magistrate and on first date itself seeks protections orders and thereafter you can seek maintenance from your husband. Incident as narrated by you comes within the domestic violence, they need to pay price for the same.
