Family declarement in Ration Card

As being his wish and will and has brought up from his child hood his younger brother eldest brother declared him as his son and same relation continued till his death. Now the question here is Despite the pink has not been continued in the latest days . Does the card family relation declaration is valid ? And the same can be used ?

A family relationship declaration card may be used as supporting evidence if it was validly issued by the competent authority. Non-renewal or non-continuation alone does not automatically invalidate it. However, its evidentiary value depends on the issuing authority, purpose, records and applicable rules. To establish legal sonship or inheritance rights, additional proof may be required. Consult the relevant authority or court before relying on it.
