You cannot force someone to stay with you. A marriage is based on mutual trust and commitment. If she is not willing to fulfil her matrimonial obligations then you cannot force her to do so. However, if you want to put a last ditch effort then you can file for Restitution of conjugal Rights.

Hello sir before filing any case and taking assistance of your father it's better you search for a notice stating that if filing a case under resumption of cohabitation section 9 in the marriage act in which you would be taking the sister of the court to get your wife back feel free to reach out to us for a better understanding on this matter thanks

Sir, you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the concerned Family Courts of appropriate jurisdiction. For further information regarding the same I would have to understand your case better. I request you to visit our offices with concerned documents for a well tailored consultation.
