Property ownership tranfer

There is a property on my fathers name which is to be transferred on my name, so what are the options available in this case so that the money spend should be minimum. Is it through gift deed or any other way, is there any stamp free way of transferring the property???

If your father is alive and he transferred the property in favour of you then you have to pay 7+1 duty of the property value according to the state. ex if your property cost is 1 lac then the stamp duty is 7000 and 1000 is receipt in the office

agar aap up se h blood relation k liye yogi cabinet ne ek order pass kiya h agar koi bhi person apne blood relation k alawa bhi apni property transfer krna chahta h to usko only 5000 rupaye ka stamp pay krna hoga chahe property ki value kitni bhi ho

first you have a succession deed through which they you can proof that you are his son and legal heir of that property. then you can approach the nagar nigam for amendment in ownership of property .15 k to 20 k is the amount which is minimum required. thankyou
