I already informed my husband about it before marriage that loan will be clear within 1.5 years. After that my whole income will be for us. He said ok. But He didn't inform this to his parents and married me. After taking out half share of domestic expenses and my personal expenses I repay loan with remaining amount. But now my in laws they don't want me to pay any emi.Constantly harassing me and calling, insulting my parents that they pay loan themselves.My doesn't stand his own words and wants my complete salary too.My parents are poor, they spent all their savings making me engineer. you can file a complaint under section 498A IPC , Dv act section 12 and 125 of crpc for the maintenance from your husband. but first you have to file complaint against your husband regarding this abuse n exploitation
Q: project under insolvency - partial delivered project issues
Our residential project, where 5 out of 14 towers are delivered by the builder is under insolvency now. there are 500+ families staying there with electricity supply on DG set (Started by builder). we are paying maintenance charges and electricity charges. we got the possession of our flats without registry as there are pending dues from NOIDA. Appointed IRP is favoring under construction users and putting additional burden on possession holders like he has increased the maintenance charges, increased the electricity rate and now asking additional money to arrange the electricity connection only from the people residing in the society. My questionsnnIs it legal for IRP to charge extra from the residents.can IRP arrange the money (Loan) from the market to be used for electricity connection.what we, as a residents can do to avoid/challenge this un-ethical demand from IRPthanks,

in this matter you can a file a consumer case against the builder or any residential authority under which your property lies to get the proper relief and compensation. no it's illegal to any unethical charge from the residence and not to follow their own terms n conditions

There's no reason specified. What action should i take ? As there was no mistake by my end.

He was living with one brother before he dies so all the bank records and identity proof is with him and he is refusing the provide all documents of my father. We have 5 legal heirs to claim that wealth. But now we have suspect that all amount and FDs are withdrawn by my brother illegally deleted the account from the records.
