In this regard, i advice you to file a Domestic violence petition against him and his parents if you are living in commensuality with all of them, before the LD. MM Court of your jurisdiction wherein on the first date you can get the protection orders for the residence and court will restrain him from committing or inflicting any sort of cruelty on you. These rights are to be fought in a strategy therefore for further clarification and legal assistance please contact.

So my advice would be to to lodge a complaint u/s 498A, 323, 406 ,506 IPC . Seeing his actions so far he would face great difficulty in getting baolile 498A IPC before the women cell ,  A DV case can be filed by you under section 12 of PWDV Act 2005 to claim monetary compensation for yourself for the domestic violence you have suffered over years and for maintenance r/w section 125 crpc.... and u can also go for section 10 Hindu marriage act for judicial separation
