Q: Property INHERITANCE Issue...

We are 4 brothers and 2 sisters. If one brother does not wish to sign our parents properties but every other brother n sister agrees, is it possible legally to own those properties if just one brother is not ready to sign?

first of all, if ur parents have left the WILL, then the property will be divided according to it. But, if there is no WILL then the propertly shall devolve equally upon their children, if one brother is not ready to sign then you cant do anything.



Q: Father threatening to desert the family

My father ,59, is a govt officer in delhi.He has an extra martial affair.His girlfriend lives in canada( indian citizen) and he is threatening to leave our family, which includes me ,my elder sister and mother behind.My mother has been a cancer patient thrice and has recovered but she requires constant medical attention.As a proof i Hv pictures of my father's visitor visa to Canada which he acquired in 2019 and the expiry date of which is 2028. He is the only source of income of the family. What can be done in the scenario.

Q: Regarding my maternal grandmother’s property

I am Hindu by religion. This is about my maternal grandmother’s property. It was in her name but she has passed away. Now, my mother’s brother(Mama) is saying us that my mother has to sign the paper so that he can transfer the property on his name. But we don’t want to sign and also don’t want any amount from that. But we don’t want to sign the papers. I want to know is there any other way for him to transfer the property on his name without us signing?

I have 2 children both attained majority. I have had to face mental cruelty in my marriage since long and im unable to maintain my expenses, my husband has denied to bear our expenses until we leave our own house. The house property is in my name. Can i apply for maintenance under section 125 Crpc?

We have a property in Delhi region under my grandfathers name. He made a will Later on his death dispute had been started between our families so last year we decided to make a settlement deed however partition was done similar to will but we didn't executed the will. Now I have a question I am married and i don't want my share under my name and I want to evict my wife. So 1. how do my mother or my brother will obtain ownership title of this property 2. How do I relinquish my share so that they can evict my wife legally

if, your property is not im your name, then you can ask your mother to disown you via public notice. so, u dont have anything in your name and neither your wife can claim any share in such property. unless, eviction is concern its not easy to evict your wife from her matrimonial house, you can contact me and i have the strategies for you to get over such issues.
