Q: Maintenance Under Section 125 (Hindu)

I had filed divorce case against my wife the case is pending in the court. My wife filed case against me under section 125 last year. Somehow they had managed that the Notice should not be served to me. Now due to my absence court has considered the case as ex parte and ordered me to give her maintainance. Is it possible that if the Notice is not served, court can order against me? Please also suggest your expert opinion that how can I protest the order legally against the maintenance and submit my reply.?

hiyes court can proceed exparte if notice not served even sfter trying three four times.you can appeal against such order explaining your absence and your facts and situation or circumstances...regards

Hi exports I married to girl after few months she left my house After few months of that i got know about her first marriage so i filed section 11 to nill and void my marriage. After getting notice of section 11 she filed dv case in dv case she ask for maintenance and alomny May qustion is ( will she get maintenance. As she is bigmist ) i have video. Pics. Q: NOTICE SENT TO DIRECTOR INSTEAD IF COMPANY

GOOD EVENING SIR/MADAM,I CANCELLED MY FLAT BOOKING DUE TO NON- CONSTRUCTION BY BUILDER. AFTER 1.5 YEARS OF FOLLOW UP, HE GAVE ME PDC CHEQUE WHICH BOUNCED. MY LAWYER WRONGLY SENT NOTICE TO DIRECTOR INSTEAD OF COMPANY AS IT WAS COMPANY CHEQUE. MY LAWYER ALSO INITIATED NI ACT 138 ON THE SAME BASIS. THE JUDGE TOLD ABOUT NON-MAINTAINABILITY OF CASE AND ASKED FOR SOME ACT/JUDGEMENT TO BE ADDED. I GOT THE DATE IN APRIL 2019. NOW, WHAT IS CHANCES OF MY MONEY RECOVERY OR SHOULD APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT. PLEASE HELP AS I AM IN DIRE NEED OF MY MONEY.
