My late mother's property . What proofs required to lodge a case

My mother passed away when I was 4 year kid.my father passed away before 7 years. And my grand mother passed away a year ago. My mother's elder sister's are selling and taking the property.i have 2 younger siblings. How can I legally lodge case for this property.i do not have any govt documents like mother/father death certificate, marriage certificate nor our birth certificates

Dear client.

I saw your your quirre regarding issue of property related by your family.

I dont know how much of the property selling by your mother yelder sister, that may ok how do you know she trying to sell.
it's wrong you have chances to get relief.

Dear Sir,
You have to atleast get family genealogy on Rs.100 stamp paper and get property details from the concerned Sub-registrar office and other offices. Then file a suit for partition or declaration as the case may be and thus you can save the property. Further file interim application restraining the others from selling the property.
