My only son made my FIL to make a gift deed in his own name in 2019, FIL was 95 years old, he passed away in 2021, son got married 2022 , has a girl child in 2023, my husband passed away in Jan 2024, after which my son put me out of the house, his wife went back to her hometown due to the constant quarrels for money. Q: Landlord is not paying back the fixed deposit instead asking to pay me

Hi , we had agreement of security deposit of 40000 with our landlord and now we are vacating our house. She is saying that she will not give the amount ,instead she is asking us to pay extra 30000 by us for maintenance charge. threatening us and abusing us. Please can some guide us what I have to do?

Hello,I am Hindu and getting married to a Hindu in the next few months. My parents are legally divorced and I am staying with my mother and no contact with father. My question: Is there any specific format that I have to use while printing the invitation card ? so that there will be no legal problem in future with respect to marriage certificate or any kind or legal document. Is it fine to have my mother’s name and father’s name on the invitation?

Q: when I should inform recruiting authority about pending criminal case

Sir I had applied for RRB JE and KPSC Surveyor posts and in online application form they didn't provide any option to metion pending criminal cases and I have a criminal case ACB Trap corruption case which is pending in Court and it is in trial stage now, how?, in which way and when? I have to inform these details to govt recruiting authorities.Sir please inform what I have to do because I didn't get any proper information regarding this.
