Q: College Blackmailing and Not Returning Originals

I had taken admission in a private medical college in Bangalore last year and they have some of my originals. This year I am facing some personal issues and I have to get transferred to Kolkata. I have been alloted a new college this year in Kolkata but unable to join because previous college is holding my originals and not willing to return them until I pay the full course fees of 6 lakhs. They obtained signature of students at the time of admission that if anyone leaves afterwards full fees have to be paid. Without signing they were not admitting any student. What can I do now 6 lakhs is a ransom amount?

Q: I'm not receiving a good service repair Just lasts for 5 to 8 days

Basically I brought a laptop ( acer nitro 5 ) 10 months ago.I had so many problems with the laptop every now and then I had to get to the service centre and repair it on July I had raised the issue that my laptop is crushing and a month later they replaced the motherboard just after 5 days my laptop war not charging so I raised another complaint soon after that a person visited and said that motherboard is burnt so we can't claim warranty I spoke with the technical manager and managed to replace motherboard again under warranty now it's been 6th day of repaired motherboard now again it's not charging I have shooted the video and on 5 th day the temperature of the laptop was unusual I'm very much tired of this service thing I need justice for what I paid I'm not able to attain online classes nor work on my upskill
