My husband is gay what legal action I can take
29-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
I got married 2 years back.my husband said " i don't have enough money to pay rent of house so can you stay with your mother for one year"..he left me at mother's house nd didn't turn up..later we can to know he is gay..when I tried discussing this with him he got angry and starting blaming me..
Now he is forcing me to give divorce
Please help me.
Well, you need not worry at all. If you do not want to Divorce your Hubby despite he is Gay, then, it is your choice. He cannot force you to Divorce him. However, if you agree to Divorce him, then, both of you can get Mutual Divorce and it will be easy for both of you to move on.

Well, might he is making up an excuse to get rid of you by claiming that he is gay, because, he wants you to Divorce him anyhow and if you get convinced by what he is trying to portray before you, that is, he is gay, relying upon it, you can easily Divorce him, this is what seems to be his strategy.
