One of the best advocates for mutual divorce. My wife and I wanted to get a mutual divorce very quickly. We searched for many lawyers and sought advice, but my case was complicated. However, we did not have much time to spare for mutual divorce. I contacted Adv Amol Khobragade and met him in court. He advised me thoroughly, and after a lengthy discussion, I entrusted him with my case. In a short period, we obtained a mutual divorce. I sincerely thank Mr. Amol and extend my best wishes.

Hello Good Afternoon, As you said that, you got married in 2014 and since your marriage your husband is not interested in you. and you both were seperated since 9 years. here it's not clear that your husband want divorce or not, if your husband does not want divorce then you can file Contested Divorce. and if you both agree for divorce then mutual Divorce can be file. their are different procedure for contested divorce and mutual divorce. mutual divorce is cost eficient, less time required And get a result in very less time. compare to contested divorce is time consuming and not an cost eficient. for more details for procedure and querries then contact us and visit our website.
