I want to file a application for khula. My husband cheating on me so many times. Recently after 24 years of marriage mujhe pata chale that he has another wife with a baby boy.Already we have 3 daughter's studying in different collages. I am a pre primary school teacher. Now i want to khula and alimony of rs 3000 on the basis of my financial condition. Hoe do i file an application

Yes mam you can file an application for the Khula under the provision of special Marriage Act. For this process Husband & wife should be agree on the same terms and you can get it done from the Kazi.You can approach any Kazi and get it done from him according to the process on his letter head.Thank you!

You can move the Precipi application mentioning about the same and showing the urgency about the matter.This will help you to take the matter on board or for the future proceedings.This is one type of process in which we need to Request the Hon’ble Court to take up our Matter.

Q: 2.5 yrs old samsung Fridge under extended warranty but no spares avlbl

In august 2021 i purchased Samsung fridge and after some time i also extended its warranty to extra 4 yrs...now fridge has a cooling issue...and they are saying we will give u money reurn after deduction 35 % depriciation .....which is too much deduction. Can i sue samsung as the product is still under warranty...they shoul give me full refund i suppose

You can ask them for the full refund.Coz the Product is under warranty.During purchasing did they make you known about the same? If not they are entitled to do so.You can claim for the deficiency of Service under consumer court.

Before marriage, my wife wanted to live in a bigger city and as I was working, I agreed to it. During COVID, I lost my mother, got a permanent work from home and shifted to my home town a tier 2 city to be able to support my father. Wife is working in a metropolitan city, abandoned all matrimonial responsibilities since March 2023. I have also stopped providing her monthly maintenance since July 2023. We don’t have any children. I want a divorce, what should be my next steps?

If you both are ready for the separation/ Divorce you can approve the court for the mutual concept. You can go to the Quazi break the marriage and thereafter file the petition for it and take order on the same.But if your wife is not ready than you need to file one side divorce under personal law.
