મેં મુંબઈમાં પિટિશન ફાઈલ કરી છે. તે પછી મારા પતિએ અંકલેશ્વરમાં ડિવોર્સ માટે કેસ ફાઈલ કર્યો છે. તેની તારીખ પહેલા આવી છે – 08/05/2026, અને મને મુંબઈમાં 08/07/2026 ની તારીખ મળી છે.પહેલી તારીખે શું વકીલ ફરજિયાત રહેશે?જો વકીલ નહિ હોય તો હું કેવી રીતે આગળ વધું?આગળની તારીખ આવશે ત્યારે શું ત્યારે વકીલ જરૂરી પડશે?

Aise situation me aapko thoda carefully proceed karna chahiye. Sabse pehle court ke record me yeh baat dalwana zaroori hai ki pehle settlement ho gaya tha aur last moment par wife ne apna stand change kiya. Yeh future me aapke liye helpful rahega.Dusri baat, yeh samajhna important hai ki reconciliation genuine hai ya sirf delay karne ya pressure banane ka tareeka. Agar aap reconciliation ke liye ready ho, to bina condition ke agree na karein.Court se aap request kar sakte hain ki reconciliation ke liye ek fixed time diya jaye (jaise 1–2 mahine) aur counselling/mediation ke through try kiya jaye.Saath hi apni safety ke liye yeh bhi ensure karein ki jo pehle settlement terms decide hue the unka record bana rahe.Agar reconciliation successful nahi hota hai, to aap apna contested divorce case (mental cruelty ground) continue kar sakte hain aur wife ke last moment par mukarne wale conduct ko bhi court ke saamne rakh sakte hain.Isliye bina proper safeguard ke koi step na lein, sab kuch documented rakhein aur legal process ke through hi aage badhein.

There is lot of fight and bickering in our marital relationship since yrs. Since 2024 we are living separate life though under same roof having totally no interference in each other's personal lives, just for our kid. But time to time husband makes defaming remarks and fights bitterly in front of child or outsiders maligning me. Agar harassment (mental ya physical) ho raha haiDV Act ke under complaint file kariye, divorce k liye ap one side contested petition file kar sakti hai cruelty ground par sath he sath maintenance k liye bhi jaa sakti hai jise apko monthly kharcha mill sakta hai hai.

I have filed section 9, 125 , 498A , domestic against my husband and in laws. Now they are taking 7to8 dates in a single month in order to close the cases fast.What can I do in such scenario as I don't want this to end soon.Will these case be ended in a year or 2?
