He is deceiving me by making false promises of marriage. He also had sex with me several times. Now what can I do to marry him?
Mam, u can't force anyone to marry as it is their personal liberty to marry anyone. As u have said if that person has had physical relationship with you stating that he will marry you, then that amounts to rape as he has obtained some sexual obligation from you by deceiving you and for which you can very well approach all women police station and make a complaint regarding the same with the proof for which he will be punished with imprisonment for a period upto 7 years.
