Protect family from warning and what case to be possible again on them

My daughter in-law file a false 498a on 2 years back, now give another complaint on police station about her vehicle at us, that complaint also wrong & theatning us with thier lawer and elders. How to I proceed file case on them and protect my family,please help on this

hi you could file quash petition against the section 498A on the groumd that he is not connected to the allegations mentioned in the case and for the new case also you could file quash petition in the matter
