Holding back my educational certificates

Hello sir/madam I came to chennai to my parents home for my first child delivery now I am planning to do b. Ed but my husband and inlaws are holding back my educational certificates. T

you speak with your inlaws and husband and request them to return your documents relating to your education. if not so then you must lodge complaint in the jurisdictional police station where your husband is residing. you must request the police to give direction to your husband and inlaws to return the documents.

Dear Madam, You may lodge a complaint with Police under Section 406 of IPC and see that your documents are seized from the custody of your husband and in-laws. If nothing happened then file Domestic Violence case or who are directly approach High Court and get a direction to the Police to recover such educational certificates.
