Unregistered marriage, need to know a information on it, kindly help t

My friend is married at 2016 and due to compeletion from parents side that girl married my friend and she went away to live with her lover and got married and blesswd with baby, his marriage is not registered, now my friend is willing to get married , can he marry again if his 1st marriage is not registered

when you are marriage perform is valid before law then it is a valid marriage and the person who married or both or husband and wife your friends wife as only gone to a live in relationship that is not a form of marriage it can be treated tree whether your friend is in the position to get back hair the first marriage is valid marriage and never to be registered again or Never to be performed again choice of your friend to pick up your wife back or to dropkar
