If you have attained rhe age of 18 and your husband has attained the age of 21 then the second marriage done by your husband will not be valid. You can file a police complaint mentioning about the second marriage as well as the life threats that are being given to you.

hello client as i can see your issue is really very much serious in this matter you both have threat to you life as well as to liberty if life also. ij this matter we can reach directly high court to protect you and you husband as well and high court will also see tht you and your husvand can live together without any issues. fot tht we need to file an urgent case directly in the high court itself.

In this case you can immediately move to police seeking protection and if the police does not provide any help we can seek the same from the court. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

You can always file a written complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances against in-laws. And insist them to register an FIR against them if necessary. And Arya Samaj is also a valid marriage and no one can question that. You can also file a DV against your in-laws if the behaviour of them is intolerable towards you. For any other legal assistance I am just a call away.
