It is very simple if you want to take divorce then you can attend the court on second motion and on the same day court will record the statement and then pronounce the judgement for divorce if you do not want to take divorce then you do not have to need attend court court automatically will dispose of the matter after 18 months and no divorce decree will be granted to you. For more enquiry you can call me on my number thank you

First of all tell me why you both do not want to attend the second motion? if any compromide has been done between both of you then apply to the court about same and withdraw your petition. if u do not want to attend srcond motion then request the court for next date.

Ask your lawyer whom you have paid. OK, let me guide you. simply appear in the court and request judge to give an adjournment as both of you need more time to rethink. there is no prohibition that you will mandatorily give a statement of second motion. you can even retract from mutual consent.

depends on what order has been passed. usually the case is dismissed. family court orders are not shown online so please contact in person as more details would be required. whether your counsels have taken adjournment that's need to be discussed
