Q: In laws doing suspicious activities

My marriage is going through rough phase, we stay together only for kids. Our communication is limited to matters of kids. My in-laws (and probably husband as well) are trying to practice suspicious activities (seems like black magic). I am not sure if they have intentions to harm me or my kids. What should I do? I am really scared and need guidance on what should I do.

Hello, nNothing serious but I would like to get some help in complaining about a company called Winni gifts. They are based in chandigarh. I paid around 2200inr online for same-day delivery. This was an express delivery and was supposed to be delivered between 102pm on 14th Feb. Its now 15th of feb and there is still no sign of delivery. The tracking status is still the same 'processing'I did some research and found out their 5-star reviews are fake and the real reviews on order websites are all 1-star. Their Instagram page has 10k followers but they are all paid followers with paid comments. The customer care phone call is unresponsive, the Facebook chat is not responsive, the help page repeats the same message and hundreds of other customers are saying the same thing on websites complaining about itNow I understand they are probably a big scam and have earned lakhs doing this with a lot of people. Qs- How can I drag them to court and how much time/money do I need to invest

Q: Court stay order issued - can directly join the post of Principal

I am the Principal of a Govt college. The GOvt transferred me on frivolous issue without notice or memo or conduct of enquiry. Court issued stay orders on the transfer. Can I directly join the post of Principal basing on the court stay order? or else Govt shall give posting orders again

FIR filed for 354D, 506 against a man who despite his first marriage was harassing me to marry him. He stalked and threatened to kill me if I don't marry him. I left India for studies abroad and informed police. They did not take my statements and told me to go. nnAfter a year, there is a summon received by my neighbour to appear in court as police had filed a final report stating that complainant has not cooperated so no need to investigateI cannot go to India now and I don't have anybody to make Power of Attorney who knows about the case or is trustworthy. I cannot involve any family or friend. How to tell truth about police to court and ask them to reopen? How to ask judge to allow me to appear on Video call?nnIf the court dismiss case, I will not get protection from accused who has been harassing me even after the FIR. I cant find good lawyer or PoA.

can you please share the summon photo, so as to understand about the facts of the case. also there is a possibility that the police is acting in collusion with the accused in order to plainly harass you. also feel free to contact to set up a conference in order to understand the facts in a better manner and help you out with this situation
