all the cases which has been filled after the divorce is null and void because in the divorced petition it is clearly mentioned that both the parties or family of the parties naver file any complaints each other.
if anyone filled any petition then it is void.

which divorce decree you bot by court. mutual or contest. if you got mutual divorce decree then 406 is not maintainable. or if you got contest divorce then streedhan suit is maintainable. but in the suit of maintenance not the 406.
