Hi.
Your sister has a lot of remedies available to herself.
1She can lodge a complaint in the woman cell.
2 She can lodge an FIR in the nearest police station against the husband on the grounds of abuse.
3 She can file a criminal case of Domestic Violence
4 She can file a divorce on the basis of cruelty

Your sister should file complaint against the druggist husband for the act of domestic violence with the Judicial Magistrate Class 1/Metropolitan Magistrate under the Protection of Women from the Domestic Violence Act,2005 and seek protection order for preventing the husband from entering her house. The Protection order passed can be executed with help of local Police who will arrest him if he infringes the court order, tries to enter the house and will be produced before the Magistrate who will send him to jail for such period to keep him away from the life of your sister. The Sister should also file petition for divorce against the husband for his acts of cruelty and harassment.

Hi
Ask her to file a divorce case based on mental harrassment . Also file complaint for domestic violence.
When the matter comes on hearing mention the fact that you want to stop her husband from entering the home.
Also file a complaint against trespassing.
Thank You
