I got divorce legally i met one woman recently.can i marry that woman.but she did not get divorce from her husband...and she is leaving separately since one year.can i marry her?

without got divorce is not safe for you.even she is separated not safe for you. you will give advice to take or apply divorce after getting divorce both are try to marry otherwise it an offence also as per IPC.Cont advocate

You cannot marry the woman until she gets divorced. Marrying without she obtaining divorce will again be an offence. So as u are divorced and if she also wants to gets married ask her to obtain divorce and then remarry.

You can marry her only if she is also legally divorced. If she is not divorced and just separated according to Hindu Marriage Act her marriage is still not void and she can only live separately but cannot remarry unless she opts for legal divorce.

It is invalid and her husband can file a case against you if it is disclosed, as such tell her to file a divorce case either mutually or contested divorce from her husband then once it is cleared then both of you can proceed.
